  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
  • Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Fulfillment: Orders are processed from our fulfillment center in Sacramento, CA.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from DriftDreamUS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Delivery: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
  • Policy: Our Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy forms a part of these Terms. Please review that policy prior to making a Purchase.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
