6. Lost or Stolen Packages

DriftDreamUS is not liable for packages stated as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office.
If the package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating for an extended period), please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim or sending a replacement.

At DriftDreamUS, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We strive for perfection, but mistakes happen. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong size/design, you do not need to return it.

How to resolve: Simply email us at contact@driftdreamus.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Resolution: We will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If the item arrived in perfect condition but you changed your mind or selected the wrong size:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

3. How to Start a Return

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Important: Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
