1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We strive for perfection, but mistakes happen. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong size/design, you do not need to return it.- How to resolve: Simply email us at contact@driftdreamus.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Resolution: We will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If the item arrived in perfect condition but you changed your mind or selected the wrong size:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
