Our goal at DriftDreamUS is to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have simplified our shipping process to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience.
1. Order Processing Time
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time.
- Processing: All orders are processed, verified, and packaged within 2–5 business days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- A high volume of orders may cause a few-day delay in shipments. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
To ensure clarity, we offer flat-rate shipping based on the shipping method you select at checkout. The shipping cost remains the same regardless of the order weight or destination address within our delivery zones.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The email will activate the tracking number within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DriftDreamUS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- If you made an error, please contact us immediately at contact@driftdreamus.com
- Only before the carrier receives the package can we update the address.
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
DriftDreamUS is not liable for packages stated as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.
- If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office.
- If the package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating for an extended period), please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim or sending a replacement.
