How We Respond
When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and will notify the user who posted it (if applicable). We aim to respond within 1–2 business days during our posted business hours.
Counter-Notice (Restore Content)
If your material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice per §512(g)(3) that includes:
- Signature—physical or electronic.
- Removed Material & Former Location—Identify the content and where it appeared.
- Good-Faith Statement (Perjury)—you believe the removal/disablement was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact details—name, mailing address, phone, and email.
Send to contact@driftdreamus.com (Subject: “DMCA Counter-Notice”) or the mailing address above.
Restoration timeline: Unless the original complainant files a court action seeking an injunction, we may restore the material 7–10 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may suspend or terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers. We also accommodate standard technical measures used by copyright owners (§512(i)).
