Hassle-Free Returns
At DriftDreamUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury linen collection. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free process for exchanges or returns.
- Eligibility Requirements for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeline: The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been laundered, used, or that carry scents such as perfume or smoke, or show signs of stains.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Returns Process (Refunds)
If you wish to return an item for a refund:
- Submit Request: Email us at contact@driftdreamus.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Please state the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our Customer Support team will review the request and send you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label and detailed instructions via email.
- Return Shipping Cost:
- DriftDreamUS Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide the return label free of charge.
- Customer Discretion (Change of Mind): If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for a flat rate return shipping fee of $9.95 USD (this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount).
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Submit Exchange Request: Email contact@driftdreamus.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – [Order Number]”, specifying the item you are returning and the new item you wish to receive.
- Processing: We will provide instructions for returning the original item. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item’s condition, we will process and ship the new item to you.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer covers the shipping cost to return the original item. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item (one exchange per order).
- Final Sale Items and Exclusions
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange:
- Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout.
- Gift Cards.
- Personalized/Custom Items.
- Washed/Used Items.
- Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with the following:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the defect or damage.
- Clear photographs of the damaged item.
We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
