At DriftDreamUS, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We strive for perfection, but mistakes happen. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong size/design, you do not need to return it.
- How to resolve: Simply email us at contact@driftdreamus.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Resolution: We will immediately send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If the item arrived in perfect condition but you changed your mind or selected the wrong size:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first.
- Email us at contact@driftdreamus.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order #]”.
- We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
- Important: Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
We will notify you of your refund’s approval or rejection once we receive and inspect your return.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first verify your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
5. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Certain products, such as special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items are marked as “Final Sale.”
6. Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may have already been processed and sent to our production partner, making it impossible to cancel.
