At DriftDreamUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury linen collection. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free process for exchanges or returns.

  1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeline: The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been laundered, used, or that carry scents such as perfume or smoke, or show signs of stains.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  1. Returns Process (Refunds)

If you wish to return an item for a refund:

  1. Submit Request: Email us at contact@driftdreamus.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Please state the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our Customer Support team will review the request and send you a pre-paid Return Shipping Label and detailed instructions via email.
  3. Return Shipping Cost:
    • DriftDreamUS Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide the return label free of charge.
    • Customer Discretion (Change of Mind): If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for a flat rate return shipping fee of $9.95 USD (this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount).
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
  5. Exchanges Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  1. Submit Exchange Request: Email contact@driftdreamus.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – [Order Number]”, specifying the item you are returning and the new item you wish to receive.
  2. Processing: We will provide instructions for returning the original item. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item’s condition, we will process and ship the new item to you.
  3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer covers the shipping cost to return the original item. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item (one exchange per order).
  4. Final Sale Items and Exclusions

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Personalized/Custom Items.
  • Washed/Used Items.
  1. Defective or Damaged Merchandise

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with the following:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed description of the defect or damage.
  3. Clear photographs of the damaged item.

We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
